Simply Simple Education may provide guidance related to education systems, leadership, MTSS, special education processes, school improvement, organizational systems, professional learning, communication, and implementation planning. However, all decisions, actions, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client, organization, school, district, or individual using the Services. Results are not guaranteed. You acknowledge that progress and outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort, implementation, organizational context, decision-making, resources, participation, and circumstances. Simply Simple Education does not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, consulting, professional learning, online courses, digital products, speaking engagements, or other Services.
4. No Legal, Medical, Psychological, or Financial Advice
The information provided through this website and our Services is for educational and informational purposes only.

7. Digital Products, Courses, and Downloads
Digital products, courses, templates, guides, workbooks, and downloadable resources are for individual or agreed-upon organizational use only. We reserve the right to revoke access to digital products, courses, or resources if we believe the content is being misused, shared without permission, copied, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.
8. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Fees for services, programs, courses, digital products, speaking engagements, coaching, consulting, or other offerings are stated prior to purchase or engagement whenever applicable. Payment terms, schedules, deposits, retainers, invoices, cancellation terms, and refund policies may be outlined in individual service agreements, proposals, invoices, or purchase pages. Unless otherwise stated in writing: Coaching, consulting, speaking, and professional learning fees are non-refundable once services have begun. Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Digital products, downloadable materials, templates, guides, workbooks, and online courses are non-refundable due to the immediate access and digital nature of the content. Failure to complete payment may result in paused services, canceled services, revoked access, or collection efforts as permitted by law.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
For coaching, consulting, speaking engagements, professional learning sessions, retreats, workshops, or other scheduled Services, cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in individual agreements or communications.
Failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice may result in forfeiture of fees. Simply Simple Education reserves the right to reschedule services due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, technology issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the service.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of coaching, consulting, and organizational relationships. Information shared during private coaching or consulting sessions will not be intentionally disclosed without consent, except where required by law or where disclosure is necessary to prevent harm, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, or protect the rights and safety of Simply Simple Education or others. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently obtained, shared in group settings, voluntarily disclosed by the client, or required to be disclosed by law. For group programs, workshops, professional learning sessions, and speaking engagements, participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information shared by others.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, or success stories shared on this website or in our materials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results. Outcomes vary based on individual, school, organizational, leadership, staffing, implementation, and contextual factors.
